In order to organise fitness exercises program, you will need to start by asking yourself a few questions to help determine the best exercises that will suit your needs. You need to identify the purpose of your fitness exercise program by asking yourself some basic questions such as:

Are you exercising to loose weight?
Do you need to tone your muscles?
Are you looking to build muscle?
Are you looking for a cardio program?
Are you in need of a custom program for a sports event? .

There are many more questions that you will need to ask but establishing some of the key points such as those above will help you decide the way forward. The questions will help you narrow down the type of exercises that you will need to do and the duration of each exercise.

For example, if you are looking to increase your muscle mass, then you will need to choose a workout that will involve lifting weights or weight resistance machines to build muscle mass. If you want to build mass then you will need to do a set of reps for each part of the body that will be made up of say 10 to 12  reps per set. However, if you were looking to loose weight from the same body parts then the reps in a set will normally be higher for every set you do (say 15 to 20)

You will also need to consider other factors for each exercise like the duration of time each body part will need to be exercised for, the rest that is needed between each set, the rest needed between each workout, the amount of resistance used to exercise a muscle, the duration of time you need to spend on cardio exercises and so on.

To ensure that you implement the right and safe exercise program, it is advisable that you either research the area thoroughly, or seek advice of a qualified trainer to help you get started. With so many factors involved in exercising, you want to make sure that you get the exact program to suit you to give the greatest benefit for your purpose and one that is also safe.

A safe program has to be stressed as if you are a beginner,  too much strenuous exercise can quite easily lead to injury
